Returns and Exchanges (Physical Products)

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible physical items under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Item must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

We will review and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for the same item if available. If the item is out of stock, we will provide an alternative solution.


Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
